Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 following receipt of a request from a creditor for a physical meeting. The meeting has been duly convened in accordance with Paragraph 54 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 to consider proposed revisions to the Joint Administrators' Proposals, dated 19 July 2016. A meeting of creditors is take place for the purposes of considering the following: The approval of the Joint Administrators' Revised Statement of Proposals. The meeting will be held at The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG on 30 August 2017 at 10.00 am.
