A Petition to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 3 Knott Lane, Bolton BL1 5TG presented on the 4 February 2020 by ROLLERDOR LIMITED whose Registered Office is at 300 Peachman Way, Broadland Business Park, Norwich, Norfolk NR7 0LB claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 14 April 2020 at 10.30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 13 April 2020
