Notice is hereby given that on 10th June 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Forfar craving the Court inter alia that Saltire Builders Ltd., with its Registered Office at 95 Bridge Street, Montrose, Angus, DD10 8AF be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Forfar by interlocutor dated 14th June 2019 ordained the said Saltire Builders Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Forfar within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
