“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Tom Bowes (IP No. 17010) and Andrew Rosler (IP No. 9151) both of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QZ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
