A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 140 Lee Lane, Horwich, Bolton, Lancashire, BL6 7AF presented on 24 October 2019 by WILDMOOR (HULL) LIMITED (Acting by its LPA Receiver Claire Caroline Sharp) of Canal Mill, Botany Brow, Chorley, PR6 9AF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD) Manchester District Registry on 9 December 2019 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6 December 2019.
