"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Johannes Rupping (IP No. 16012) and Chris Williams (IP No. 008772) both of McTear Williams & Wood, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up with authority to act either jointly or separately in all matters."
