At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, Huddersfield HD9 1HN on 18 October 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:-

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Paul Philmore (IP No. 9098) of Philmore & Co, Unit 11, Dale Street Mills, Dale Street, Longwood, Huddersfield, HD3 4TG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
