NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held on 22 July 2022 at 10.15 a.m. for the purpose of dealing with Articles 85-87 of the Order at the office of Edward Walsh Corporate Services Limited, 38 Seapoint, Wicklow A67 ET62.

A list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be supplied, free of charge, by Edward Walsh, Insolvency Practitioner, between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on the two business days preceding the date of the meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must submit a proof of claim and, unless they are individual creditors attending in person, ensure their proxies are received at the same office, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the date of the meeting.
