At an extraordinary general meeting of the above named company convened and held at 38 Seapoint, Wicklow A67 ET62, on 29 July 2022 at 10.00 a.m. the following resolutions were passed: A as an extraordinary resolution, and B as an ordinary resolution:

A. THAT the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the company and accordingly that the company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily.

B. THAT Edward Walsh of Edward Walsh Corporate Services Limited, 38 Seapoint, Wicklow A67 ET62, be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.
