A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Sai Care Home Ltd (05616652) of Sailaway Residential Care Home, Main Road, Bosham, Chichester, West Sussex PO18 8PH, 12 Pollard Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 8EE (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Residential care activities for the elderly and disabled, presented on Friday 20 December 2019, at 10:00 by DAVID RANKIN, of 4 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 1RW claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Portsmouth Combined Court Centre, Courts Of Justice, Winston Churchill Avenue, Portsmouth PO1 2EB on Wednesday 12 February 2020, at 11:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
