Notice is given that under Rule 7.57 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ('the Rules') that the Company was placed into compulsory liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Mark Sands (IP No. 9111) and Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ were appointed Joint Liquidators by the Secretary of State.

Notice is further given that the Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 31 March 2021 by sending full details of their claims to the Liiquidators at Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.

Please note that no further public notice will be made and therefore the Liquidators shall be entitled to make any distribution without regard to any claims not proved in the manner required by statute.
