At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Bridge House, London Bridge, London, SE1 9QR on 21 November 2018 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Mary Brittain (IP No. 9000) and Nicholas Parsk (IP No. 19770) both of Wilkins Kennedy, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that they may act jointly and severally.”
