“That is has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the LLP cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Kevin Hellard and Michael Leeds, both of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2P 2YU, (IP Nos. 8833 and 15330) be appointed Liquidators of the LLP for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
