“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Benny Woolrych (IP No. 10550) of FRP Advisory LLP, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB and Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) of FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
