Notice is hereby given, that Joint Administrators seek resolutions by Creditors to approve the Joint Administrators’ Proposals; if Creditors wish to establish a Creditors’ Committee; and, in the absence of a Creditors’ Committee, to approve the basis of the Joint Administrators’ remuneration and their unpaid pre-administration costs. Notice in Form 2.25B has been sent to creditors. A proxy form is available which should be completed and returned to me by 29 February 2016 if you wish to be represented. In order to be entitled to vote under Rule 2.48 at the meeting you must give to me, not later than 12.00 noon on 29 February 2016, details in writing of your claim, together with a completed Form 2.25B.

Peter John Godfrey-Evans and Henry Nicholas Page (IP Nos. 8794 and 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RF were appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company on 22 December 2015.
