Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the company, duly convened at 11.00 am, on 28 November 2019 the following special resolution and ordinary resolutions were passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Harris (IP No. 14412) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Central Square, 5th Floor, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL and Lindsey J Cooper (IP No. 008931) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 9th Floor, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
