Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, St Philips Point, Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5AF on 19 March 2018, the following resolutions were passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That is has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisble to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Diana Frangou (IP No. 9559) and Guy Mander (IP No. 8845) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, St Philips Point, Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5AF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
