At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Fortis Insolvency Limited, 683-693 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 6RE on 4 December 2020, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Daniel Taylor (IP No. 21050) of Fortis Insolvency Limited, 683-693 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 6RE be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day Ted Wetton of Gibson Booth Business Solutions & Insolvency was appointed as Joint Liquidator.
