That the company be wound up voluntarily and

That Daniel Richardson and Edward M Avery-Gee of CG&Co., Greg’s Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up; and

That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
