I, David Norman Kaye of RPG Chartered Accountants incorporating Crawfords, give notice that I was appointed Liquidator of the above-named company on 19 May 2017 at meeting of member and my appointment was subsequently ratified at the virtual meeting of creditors held on the same day.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that I, David Norman Kaye, the Liquidator of the above named Company, intend declaring a first and final dividend for creditors (All Claims) within two months of the last date of proving which is 21 May 2021.

Creditors who have not already proved their debts are required, on or before 21 May 2021 to submit their proof of debt to me at RPG Chartered Accountants incorporating Crawford’s, The Copper Room, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Manchester, M3 7BG and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to a distribution, by reason that he has not participated in it, the dividend so declared. I.e.: The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved
