Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Simon Peter Edward Knight (IP No. 11150) and William Jeremy Jonathan Knight (IP No. 2236) of Jeremy Knight & Co LLP be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately"
