“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Tom Bowes (IP No. 17010) and Andrew Rosler (IP No. 9151) both of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
