NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors in the form of a conference call is to be held on 26th February 2018 at 10:30am for the purpose of considering the Administrator’s Proposals and to establish a creditors committee, and if a committee is not formed, to approve the Administrator’s resolutions, of which are as follows:

- That unpaid pre-administration costs be approved for payment as detailed in the Statement of Proposals;

- That the Administrator’s remuneration be fixed by a combination of time costs and as a percentage of the value of the Company’s assets and as a set amount of which are detailed in the Statement of Proposals;

- That the Administrator be authorised to draw category 2 disbursements;

- That the Administrator be discharged from liability under Paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 upon his appointment ceasing to have effect.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting by dialling 01895 728432 and entering the pin 5975#. Creditor’s should dial in approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting so that if they experience any problems there is sufficient time to notify my office accordingly.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and claims to 1 Beasley’s Yard, 126 High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1JT by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.

If any creditor wishes to propose a modification(s) to the Proposals, they must do so in writing and sent to LA Business Recovery Limited, 1 Beasley’s Yard, 126 High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1JT and returned with a proof of debt form. Alternatively, the documentation can be sent by fax to 01895 520096. If modifications are proposed I may be required to issue revised Proposals and postpone to decision date to a later date.

The convener of the meeting is the Administrator, Virgil Harsham Levy.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
