A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of S K Contracts Management Limited, Abacus House, 14-18 Forest Road, Loughon, Essex IG10 1DX, presented on 29 February 2016 by JPS WELDING & FABRICATION LTD, of 5 Yeomans Court, Ware Court SG13 7HJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice (Chancery Division), Companies Court, Liverpool District Registry, on 25 April 2016, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
