A Petition to wind up the above named Company of 4 Lilac Way, Leicester, LE7 4XU presented on 7 June 2021 and amended on 28 July 2021, in accordance with the Order of ICC Judge Prentis, dated 26 July 2021 by BEW Electrical Distributors Limited of Unit 5 Northumberland Court, Dukes Park Industrial Estate, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 6UW claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at The Companies Court at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 15 September 2021 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
