“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Freddy Khalastchi, of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT and Nicholas Charles Osborn Lee, of Smith Cooper Limited, 158 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB, (IP No: 8752) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally.”
