"That the Company cannot be wound up voluntarily and that Mark N Ranson (IP No. 9299) and Robert Adamson (IP No. 9380) both of Armstrong Watson, Third Floor, 10 South Parade, Leeds, LS1 5QS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
