Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Liquidator intends to declare a final dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required on or before 2 April 2020, the last dat for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Abbott Fielding Limited, 142/148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ and, if so requested by me, to provide such futher details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it.
