A Petition to wind up the above-named company of S and S Wines Limited (05050328) of 50 Dysart Way, Leicester, Leicestershire LE1 2JY, 11 George Street West, Luton LU1 2BJ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Agents involved in the sale of a variety of goods and Wholesale of wine, beer, spirits and other alcoholic beverages, presented on Tuesday 08 October 2019, at 13:00 by NISA RETAIL LIMITED, of Member Support Centre, Waldo Way, Normanby Enterprise Park, Scunthorpe DN15 9GE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 20 November 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
