At a Special Meeting of the shareholders of the above named Company, duly convened and held on 22 May 2020 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Harlow (IP No. 8319) of John Harlow Insolvency and Corporate Recovery, 29 New Walk, Leicester, LE1 6TE be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the Company.
