The Ordinary Resolution to appoint a liquidator was superseded by the creditors, with the following ordinary resolution being passed by creditors “That Ryan Davies of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up” on 27 August 2019.
