That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

A further ORDINARY RESOLUTION was also passed.

2. ORDINARY RESOLUTION:

That John Paul Sugden of Auker Rhodes, Devonshire House, 32-34 North Parade, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD1 3HZ, being a person qualified to act as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, be appointed Liquidator of the Company.
