"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Bushby (IP No. 8736) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB and Nick Edwards (IP No. 9005) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, The Pinnacle, 170 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK9 1BP be appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
