"That the Company be wound up voluntarily; that the winding up be a Members' Voluntary Winding up and that Graham Lindsay Down (IP No. 6600) of Burton Sweet Corporate Recovery, First Floor, 141 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2QB be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
