"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Samuel J Talby (IP No. 9404) and Julie Swan (IP No. 9168) both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
