Notice is hereby given that Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) and Gary Rupping (IP No. 16012) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich, NR1 1RE give notice that we were appointed joint liquidators of Ruskin Lifting Engineers Limited by members and creditors on 18 July 2022.

All creditors of the above named Company are required on or before 9 August 2022 to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Liquidators and if so required by notice in writing by the said Joint Liquidators personally, or their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
