At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Gateley Plc, Park View House, 58 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DW on 26 February 2018 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Emily Ball (IP No. 19970) and John Lowe (IP No. 9513) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
