At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Gateley Plc, Park View House, 58 The Ropewalk, Nottingham NG1 5DW, on 26 February 2018 at 12.00 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Emily Ball (IP No. 19970) and John Lowe (IP No. 009513) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
