At a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 27th February 2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

Special Resolution:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under an insolvent winding up procedure.

Ordinary Resolution:

That Virgil Levy of LA Business Recovery Limited, 1 Beasley’s Yard, 126 High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1JT be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company that he may act severally in this regard.
