NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 27th February 2018 at 2:45pm, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting as follows: Telephoning 01895 728432 and entering the access code 5975#.

If a creditor cannot attend in person or does not wish to attend but still wishes to vote at the meeting, they can either nominate a person to attend on their behalf, or they may nominate the Chair of the meeting, who will be the Director of the Company, to vote on their behalf.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to LA Business Recovery Limited, 1 Beasley’s Yard, 126 High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1JT by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.

The convener of the meeting is Jacek Owczarczuk.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
