A Petition to wind up the above-named company, Rumboll Property Development Limited (registered no 08794296) of 101 Galgate, Barnard Castle, County Durham, DL12 8ES, whose principal object is the construction of domestic properties, was presented on 10 March 2020 by M.SCHOFIELD CONSTRUCTION LIMITED of The Warehouse, Rear of 787 Whalley New Road, BB1 9BE (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard by telephone hearing at the County Court of Darlington.
