At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 261 Ponteland Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE5 3EL on 3 April 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David N Kaye (IP No. 2194) of Crawfords Accountants LLP, Units 13-15, The Brewery Yard, Deva City Office Park, Salford, Manchester, M3 7BB be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 03 April 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of David N Kaye as Liquidator.
