"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian David Allen (IP No. 008740) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Leicester, LE19 1SD and Steven Mark Law (IP No. 8727) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Abbotsgate House, Hollow Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32 7FA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
