Notice is hereby given that under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rules 6.14, 15.13, 15.7 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Directors of the Company ('the Conveners') are seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of Kim Richards and Richard Tonks of BK Plus Limited as Joint Liquidators by way of deemed consent.

The decisions will be deemed approved unless sufficient objections are received by 23.59 on 4 January 2022 ("the Decision Date').

In order to object to the proposed decision, a notice must be delivered stating your objection to Marcus Green, a Director of the Company c/o Kim Richards of BK Plus Limited, Azzuri House, Walsall Business Park, Walsall Road, Walsall, West Midlands, WS09 0RB not later than the Decision Date.

In additions, you must also have delivered a proof of debt also by the Decision Date, failing which your objectiom will be disregarded. Any objection will not be valid until the proof of debt has been received.
