A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 51 Clarkegrove Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S10 2NH presented on 13 December 2019 by HITECH GRAND PRIX LIMITED whose Registered Office is at 11 Buckingham Road, Silverstone, Towcester, Northamptonshire NN12 8TJ claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 11 February 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours 10 February 2020
