A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Rudhra Ltd (12195150) of 186 First Floor, The Grove, London E15 1NS, whose nature of business is retail of furniture, lighting, and similar (not musical instruments or scores) in specialised store, presented on Monday 08 August 2022, at 10:00 by STRATFORD MARKET PROPERTIES LIMITED, of Management Suite, Prescot Centre, Eccleston Street, Prescot L34 5GA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 20 September 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
