A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD presented by Andrew Richard Bailey and Martin Charles Armstrong , joint administrators of RUDGARD CITY LIMITED of 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD claiming to be the Administrators of the Company, on 8 December 2021 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 23 February 2022 at 10.30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).
