"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gordon Smythe Goldie (IP No. 5799) and Andrew David Haslam (IP No. 9551) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
