A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 161 Elm Grove, Southsea, England, PO5 1LU, presented on 4 September 2019 by HITACHI CAPITAL (UK) PLC of 5 Hollinswood Court, Stafford Park 1, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 3DE, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Business And Property Courts in Leeds at The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 12 November 2019 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
