At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Kirkhill Farm, Newburgh, Ellon, AB41 6BD, on 23 February 2021, at 10.45 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queen’s Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD, (IP Nos. 008368 and 008584), be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
